Where to find the members' list and his posts?

I am sorry but I tried searching for the members' list and their posts/thread but couldn't seem to find it. So, I tried to find his nick and that post I was replying in the Hire-a-freelancer section but had a hard time. I was hired by him to work on a forum and now he isn't paying because he has moved his forum to another domain/server. How do I deal with scammers in this forum? I know that this is a reputable site which is why I trust people in here but I know that scammers can do their thing too. There is probably something I can do to stop them here or at least inform/warn others about it.

it will be in your members section, if you have a complaint about a member then contact a mod

In your setting check for where you posted recently and you will be able to see the thread where you interacted.
