Where to find the cheapest .com?

So, I can no longer use GoDaddy because the payment is being processed through the UK, and I'm from the US. So my credit won't allow me to make the transaction, and I've had this problem before with GoDaddy. I've heard of Namecheap being a great site but idk if I can find some cheap .99 coupon codes (from what I've seen I can't, or maybe I'm not looking in the right spot)
