Where to find SEO Pros for JV?

Last year I had over 100k in revenues on my e-commerce site, I was rank 4 for a 14k MS search term and provided great service. In Oct. 2013 my site was penalized and I went from selling 7-8k/month in services to averaging 1k since then.

Currently I am ranking a website via manual web 2.0's and GSA links into them. I have Sarkark's 40 Blog Posts from his PBN to these 2.0's and I ordered a Homepage 36 blog post for my site. I am trying really hard to rank number 1 in my niche, but I just don't feel like I can do it on my own. Do you guys think any good SEO provider would be willing to go on a JV with me if I can provide proof of revenue (I have last years financial statements from Paypal). The partnership would be him providing SEO services and I do everything else (customer support and providing the service). I really don't think the niche is terribly hard to rank for, as the most competitive keyword is only 14k, with everything else under 8k MS.

So the question is, where would I find someone willing to provide top notch SEO in exchange for return on his money invested/revenue split up. Any ideas BHW?

In which niche your site is? I am not asking for specific details like your KW etc. I am just asking about the general category of your niche like if it is in Health, Finance, Clothes etc.

If you can post the profit split percentage you will get more responses and also this thread needs to be in the JV section.

What you bought is not private PBN because it's shared among other buyers, the OBL is a dead giveaway. You are still walking the same route that got your site penalized. And what usually happens with such PBN is, after buying them you find your site ranking on Yahoo and Bing only and not Google. Why? Because it's not powerful and/or abused. SEO collabo is not feasible and don't see any reasonable person doing it, or atleast good providers.

I am willing to make a new website and follow the service providers every instruction when it comes to SEO. I am very experiences and knowledgeable in my niche so I can write as much unique and quality content that it takes. I would be responsible for managing everything. I communicate with customers, I run team, and I market in various forums that are important to my niche. Also, the reason my site was penalized last time was because I was a complete novice when it came to SEO. I asked for exact match anchor text for EVERY link, with no diversity thrown in. No tiers or anything. Was completely risky and obviously blackhat and I paid the price for it.

If the SEO provider had a decent amount of money to gain with all the power in the relationship, I don't see why a provider wouldn't take me on the offer. If they didn't like the partnership they could just remove the links they built and put me back to square one. I want someone that UNDERSTANDS SEO and can help me create a lasting and mutually beneficial partnership.

Also, I have used scrape box to analyze my competitor's backlink profile and I don't think it's too hard to beat. I looked at their links and most of them links from blogs that are spammed to death.

IMHO you're gonna find it hard to attract the right sort of SEO. Your account is fairly new and not a Jnr VIP one (So you can't post in the secret forums) which will put guys off.

Alot of the people here are full of BS at best and downright nasty at worst (Negative SEO anyone) so you need to build your reputation as a good guy before going the JV route IMHO.

Any good SEO is going to want $$$ upfront before they get out of bed because lets face it, if they are good they are making healthy bank, you need them far more than they need you!

If an "SEO" is desperate to take your JV on this probably means they aren't as elite as they say they are!
