What you can do to start is provide some services for free to small businesses and ask for a (video) review/testimonial.
You can place them on your website or use them in (video) ads, etc.
Now you have some prove, trust and authority that you can actually provide a good service to clients and it will be much easier to get new clients.

Hi, you can contact big some bigger agencies or popular freelancer and ask them for cooperation. They always have much to do that the resources are rather low. So if you get their customers you could pay a commission and get further customers. This is only one of several strategies.

I obtained 10 interested leads yesterday and all from cold email marketing. You can't force leads coming from referrals but if you understand how to do cold emailing PROPERLY then you'll be able to turn on and off the leads with a few clicks. The software and tools I'm using right now helped me grow from $8k to $36k monthly! I would say I know what I'm talking about haha

In my opinion, BHW is the best place to gain clients because it is like a closed community of like minded professionals. But for that you have to build your strong profile and reputation here.

LinkedIn sales navigator is also quite good. I find it more personal than email outreach. Although it costs something like $99 / month
