How do you go about finding consistent sources of free proxies? I want to build my own scraper - both to learn how to write a scraper, and to use the results.

But I'm not sure where to even point the thing. I know a couple of blogger sites that add some every day, but that's all I've got.

Search for various forum where people post proxy lists, usually you will find a link to their blog where they post proxies daily or weekly, add them to scrapebox. Search more... ;)
