where to find proxy hunter

Has anyone heard of this program called proxy hunter and if so have you used it? dose it work? and where can I find it? I have tried a couple of time to find it but can't get a download link for the program. Proxy Hunter supposedly scans the net for ip proxies and downloads 1000's of working proxies.

proxy hunter is only good if you no what ip blocks
to scan + what port numbers to use
otherwise your scanning blind wasting your time
why not just google it i find it right away

The one's that I found wright away were all viruses. I am looking for the full program whats the link that you found it on?
