Looking for a place where I can find these kind of people who are ready to click the lower body or no face pics with username on a white paper.
Do you guys have any idea where to find them?

I'm sure you can't find anything cheaper than 10 bucks. Give it a try with the Facebook group. Maybe you can find someone who is willing to do this for less than 10 bucks.

I don't think this type of job will be accepted by most of the sites, but you can try with clickworkers or microworkers and post a gig for something that is accepted like watching a youtube video for 0.10 cents, and ask them to contact you over skype for confirmation. Then you can extend the offer with the picture you want and reward them with an extra 1-2$.
