[Where to find] Never been used before private IP?

Where can I buy a private IP (USA) that:
1. has never ever been used before
2. Doesn't disconnect at all on its own

Can you guys recommend any seller here who sells private IP's that fulfil both of the above criteria?

my advice is to check out the proxy for sales
plenty of sellers there do private proxies
read some sales thread - reviews then decide

Does it strictly need to be never used before by anyone (there are very few unallocated IPv4 addresses left), or just clean for your desired websites? I'm guessing the latter. How many IPs do you need? If you need just a few IPs, your options include: 1. Neighbor's wifi 2. Public wifi sources 3. Public libraries 4. Internet cafes 5. Remote desktop accounts 6. Hosting/VPS accounts 7. Dial-up/DSL connections 8. Mobile phones If you need a lot of clean IPs though, your best bet is probably working through a private proxy provider.

Get a private IP from a good provider.

Running it on whatismyip.com will tell you if it's compromised or not.

If you see multiple ips then it's not good for private use.
