Where to find Local PPC Competitive Software / Platform?

Hi,

I've looked at SEM Rush, iSpionage, SpyFu, and others - but none of them report on "local" PPC bidding.

I'm basically trying to find advertisers who are bidding in my local areas on my trademark terms or keywords.

Basically something similar to the tools above but on a more geo-location level (local, etc.)

Anyone know of any good platform or software that can:

• Report on Local Competion (Competitive Intelligence)
  • PPC Keywords
  • PPC Ad Copy
  • Landing Pages

• Report on Local PPC Keywords
  • Identify who else is also bidding on your keywords, company brand, etc.
  • Change geo-locations (see other local areas where the competition may be bidding on your brand)

Any help is appreciated.
