Most people have given me mixed answers, Im looking for web developers for scripts as well as bot coders. I've searched elance, rentacoder etc. etc. whiich is is in your opinion the best for recieveing "bang for your buck"?

You're about to get inundated with offers from people to code whatever you want.

Try posting a thread in the hire a freelancer section and then deciding what your best option will be after everyone has practically thrown their 'talent' at you.

Yeah BHW can be a great place to get coders(Programmers) or you can also check some dedicated forums for Computer languages such has visual Basic.net, Visual Basic 6, C++/C , Java , Delhpi , Python just search them in google and you it will take you there.

Try posting your it on freelancer. com just use free trial. or here lots of programmers here.

If you want to get cheap programmers than freelancer is a good site to start with. But I'd say you rather get someone from BHW, someone like me

You can try Fiverr.

There's lots of programmers on there that will do stuff for you for only $5.
