Do you know where I can find a good bulk mailer
who know how to inbox?

There are many good programs for bulk emailing as sendblaster or interspire.
How to inbox I would suggest you to install your own mail server (Postfix + RDNS + DKIM + SPF + Rotating ips + Dovecot), with 10-20 ips you will able to blast at least 10.000 emails per hour without to get blacklisted.
It is relatively easy to install your own MTA as one described above

Should I use @mydomain.tld or emails like @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc...

Sending emails commercial or non-commercial is not Spam. But you might be using a IP, SMTPs or Domain that is listed in "Blacklist". People have many problems while sending emails or running a campaign on software (bulk emailing) the most know issue is "Blacklist".
