no one else has access to canadian emails? Are they that elusive to find?

I've tried scraping and using the email scrapers that I had, it wasn't too successful so seeking help.

I think in order to find good Canadian e-mail services you might have to search using a Canadian ip. Otherwise, I guess you can search in Google. I signed up for one but the server was slow so I'm going to try others.
