Hey guys, I'm new to writing articles for Internet clients for money. However, I have years of experience writing for various things, whether it's just for myself (creative writing, journal entries) or for something else (school newspaper). I am looking for clients, and want to make $1/100 words. My work is intelligent and quality, and I am a native English speaker. If anyone could point me out to a place where I can advertise and find some who would be willing to give me some work, I would be much obliged. Thanks. :)

There are a ton of places that you can advertise your work. Try odesk, elance, and fiverr. Elance is undoubtedly the best!
 
I think, you are a good article writer. if you have the capability, then you can earn a handsome amount from some freelancing sites. You are requested to have accounts in some freelancing sites. You must able to get sufficient amount from there.

People here are looking for article writers all the time, and being a native English people, securing $1/100 words shouldn't be too much of a problem.

I'd start by creating a small portfolio of various "internet marketing" related pieces; e.g. articles, sales pages etc, and then contact/reply to threads in the "Hire a Freelancer" section. Work that for a while, and once you've got the requirements down, buy a service thread.

Just a word of advice, the income can be decent if worked as a side job, however in no way will you be able to match a full-time job working full time writing articles around here.

If you're looking to do this for the long term, I suggest you build up a full website advertising your services, then begin to go out and acquire clients at rates like $5/100 words.
 
you people spam my companies like 5 times a day with article marketing services lol you are on ignore

Would people actually pay $5/100 words? To me, the most enticing writers are the ones who produce quality content while maintaining cheap rates aka around --> $1/100 words.

Seems like it almost loses it's value if it's marked up that much since it could still be up-scaled if it's $1/100 words.
 
if you are new , try Fiverr and if the quality of ur service is good , they will stick to you and will keep on giving u business
it helped me a lot in my initial days


Its a serious advice , work on it for 2-3 days and u will surely see awesome results

Get some samples ready as well or write a small portfolio blog with some work samples

I know this is a few days old, but you should try reaching out to Virtual Assistants and Online Business Managers. They often subcontract out work and its a good way to network.
 
Well, I would like to say try to work on Freelancer, Elance, Digital point forum, wicked fire forum etc....Many forums available, where you can make money easily....
 
Many great ideas have been posted already. Stay persistent and search online every single day for potential clients. Try to join as many forums as you can and network. There are plenty of people with overflow that may help you out.
