Where To Find Clients That Need Graphic Design?

I know that title is kind a odd, but I need your guys help. I do graphic design as a side job. For example: logos, business cards, youtube banners, twitch panels, etc... And I don't know where to find clients? I used to work on reddit, but no luck in the past month or so.

Any sites except for upwork, 99design?

You can try fiverr, or find people locally who might need a new logo for their cafe or restaurant. I am looking for a designer also maybe you can help me.

Try doing Ads in both Instagram and Facebook I did it and it worked.

I thought about doing that tbh, i've seen people with much more less "skill" doing great just because they're running ads

I honestly don't feel like working for $5 because there are Indiands and other people who work for less then $5.
