OP,depending on what you need to be done choose between Freelancer/Upwork and the HaF section here on BHW.

As a Pinoy, this may come off as racist to most of my folks. But this is the reality, cost of labor/living here is undeniably cheap. Hell, I would gladly work for $2/$2.50 per hour for as long as I am at the comfort of my home
On another note OP, there a lot of freelancers on DP who are offering their services for cheaps. You might want to check them out.

Yes these days the term racist is just wildly thrown around by people with big chips on their shoulders. It no longer means to display a hatred to a whole race, based on their race. No these days the uneducated like to fit it in anywhere they can. They are a disgrace to people who have suffered real racism. Attention seekers at best.
