OVH is great considering they are also the this largest dedicated server provider (behind Google and digital ocean)

It's always changing. Just google it, you will always find some discounts available.

Cheap > Reliable > Amazing Support. Pick two of these, thats what you will get with cheap hosting.

I would suggest, instead of searching for the cheap hosting service, you should check the type of service they are providing and the quality of the service. It won't be useful if you will have the hosting service of low budget but the hosting server is taking too much time to load. The hosting service should have the expert and quick technicians who can solve your queries in minimum time, with accurate resolution.

The hosting server should have the proper security setup so your contents will be secure. There should be firewall setup on the server to block the unauthorized access.

If all these features are there then feel free to sing-up.

I would prefer you to go with Name cheap and godaddy,
They do have good customer support and better Security.
