Where to find beta testers ?

We have developed a job portal. But since we are all "developers" there might be some usability problems and other bugs we might have skipped.

So we are looking to get our job portal beta tested by 50-100 people who can all give their comments about our job portal.

So, where does one go to find such a service ?

I dont want to hire a single freelancer in the BHW marketplace, im looking for 50-100 tests from individual people. So i would need a service just like Trust WorkShop is talking about

Perhaps open it to the public as free registration for a limited number of people and test it ?
