There are certainly services on here that could help you out. Personally I use upwork to hire my own writers which gives me more control.

We have used gotdotmedia. The articles are adequate. I'm sure there are probably better services on BHW but for the price you pay, gotdot is ok
 
marketplace forum is good place for content writers. But just avoid fiverr.had very bad experience with fiverr content.

I'm trying a few on Fiverr at the moment, but most just supply badly spun content, I may have found one or two, but just doing slightly larger test orders to make sure it wasn't an initial order special effort. I am still trying to find a good product review writer at a good price, more testing the marketplace at the moment as they more know what we need ;)
 
You can try BHW freelancer site to hire a content writer,I think it will work.
And many other sites also providing these services some sites like iWriter,GoDotMedia etc.,
 
If you are looking for assured results then I would suggest you to lookout for companies like Gozoop which specializes in the content creation and marketing field. As a experienced company will not give you best but guaranteed results as well. I would definitely recommend to seek professional help.
 
There are more service providers in BHW market place. There you can choose the services that whatever you want.
Many PBN and guest posting services provide by many site are not good at all. Many spam linkbuilding sites are present and it will affect your ranking.
So, just have awareness in buying the services from the service providers.
 
look on fiverr, top rated sellers always good, forums are turning into cesspools filled with garbage content providers
 
Try it out in Ifreelance also available in freelancer. And there are many more sites available for you. Search it in the market place to have the good one.
 
There are tons of sites you can find in google and quality will also be kind of okay, but you are not directly in touch with the writers - example iwriter and more. if price doesnt matter to you, you can simply assign tasks on such websites, - or price is your main consideration, i would always suggest our very own BHW marketplace where you can be in touch with the writers directly..
