Where to find affiliate marketers?

Greetings! Currently working on a ecom store and im selling some very valuable digital products that really help new programmers, my issue is marketing! Due to my other bussinesess my time for marketing is very limited so i have been trying to look for people that are interested to sell my products for me for 45% comission rate per unit sold. I have no idea where to look for someone thats why im asking for your opinion.

Anything would be appreciated and taken into consideration.

I’d look for affiliates in online communities, social media groups, or websites where people promote digital products.
