Where should I look for a partner for a tiktok page, I want to start a page posting animated stories, I would make the animations and just need someone to edit, I would upload too, I'm in college so not a lot of spare money, I would do most of the work so it would be a simple job, is this a good place to find someone or are there any suggested places since I'm not super informed on this topic.

If I were you, I’d actually look for someone right on TikTok / Insta who already does something similar. There are so many small accounts where people do edits and want more projects. Sometimes they’re ready to work for very low fees or for a % of the revenue.
Forums can work too, but I’d honestly look directly on the platforms where people already live in this niche.

You can find a TikTok partner or editor on Fiverr, Upwork, or Reddit (like r/EditorsForHire). Try creator or animation Discord servers too many students and freelancers are open to simple, low-budget collaborations.

There is JV section for this on BHW.
 
You could try Reddit communities like r/PartnerForProjects or r/Entrepreneur, or even Discord servers for creators. TikTok or animation subreddits can also work.

BHW might not be the best spot unless you’re looking for growth or marketing help.
