Where to find a good Writer?

I'm looking for a survival niche writer, as I need some good quality articles written. Do you guys know a proper place or person?

I'm looking at 1k-word long, some $10 per piece.

And generally, what are some good tips to go about finding a good writer for specific needs?

And another question is, can you really get good quality for $10 per 1k-word article? I mean not just correct grammar and spelling, but also engaging and knowledgeable style.

I used textbroker before, but don't want to spend $20+ per article. And I'm also writing some myself, but want to speed this up.
