Where to extract random profile pictures?

Takes a bit of initial legwork but I got the couple of thousand images I use for my Twitter profiles this way.
Automatically resize and reoptimize a little bit for each new profile (to make the profile pics unique) and you're good to go.

just go to images.google.com type in a search term like female photos or something, then scroll to the bottom and click the show more link.
Go to File > Save Page As and then save the page to your desktop. When you go to your desktop you will see a folder was created for the page you just saved. Open the folder and there will be all the photos from that page in there.
You will need to clean up the ones you want a little or resize them etc

Honestly, I've found Facebook to be the best source. Personally, I have a bunch of "ghost" accounts with whom I am friends with random people so I can rip their friends of friends' profiles. Once I am done with that, I rip the friends of the friends of friends, and so on. Google profile pictures don't look real at all.
If you want 5000 images of girls showing some cleavage, check some of these "jailbait" sites. Jailbait, as in sort-of under 18 girls in slutty clothes, nothing illegal.
