Where is a good place to buy single proxies for emailing? I hear packetflip has good proxies, but don't allow emailing with them. Anywhere else that is good, but allows emailing with the proxies as well?
Unless the servers that allow emailing are found out in the wild, no one is going to sell you their own servers for email spam. No server admin wants there server tagged as a spam server. Data centers will take your server away for that stuff.
