Where to buy quality backlinks?

I've spent around 2k on multiple popular vendors, buying their most expensive packages. I would say difficulty is medium

I have been working on both SEO and link building for quite some time now. I don’t know of any website that ‘sells’ quality backlinks. So, I don’t think you can actually ‘buy’ quality backlinks.
Why you can’t buy quality backlinks?
If you are willing to pay money for links then you are but obviously talking about do-follow links. Now there are two parameters called Domain Authority and Page Authority, which contribute largely in determining the so called ‘quality’ of a website. Now, if a quality website is offering you a do-follow link then, in the language of SEO, that website is taking full responsibility for the authenticity and quality of your website. In such a case, if your website turns out to be spam, not only your website, but all the websites who are currently linking to you by a do-follow link will be affected in a negative way. And, that is certainly something an owner would try to avoid.

You must all be familiar with the fact that the biggest search engine(Google) has some real strict algorithms when it comes to indexing of websites. One of the major factors while indexing a website is the backlink. Not only the backlinks should be of some quality, they must also be ‘relevant’ to your niche. For example your if your website is about cake recipes and you have a backlink from a motor oil website, then activities like this may lead to penalizing of your website by Google itself. And once a website has been penalized, it takes quite some time to recover it as well. So, you must all ‘avoid buying backlinks’.
Try make research and read articles on White hat SEO or Black hat SEO method. I can't advice buying backlinks.

Find in Google websites on your niche and eMail them to add your link to their articles or provide them a new article with link pointing to your website, that can be written by writers here on bhw for 1k words 20-30$ if the website is strong let's say DA 70+ then you need top quality article to be accepted, so don't hesitate to spend 50$ for a good article. Trust me it worth more than 1000 useless links.

If your article is quality and relevant to their website ofc it's free. Ofc there are websites that charge money for links. Always try to get links from DA 70+ and relevant and 40-50 these kind of links can make your website unbeatable, (If your onpage is perfect ofc).

Which sellers did you try if you say popular ones then it’s very rare you got no results I would suggest go for strong niche edits and pbns here and it should work

Have you tried outreach links? They are not like PBN links you can expect a good traffic, unique visitors, TF, DR, etc..

Check with your competitors backlink profile and go with more quality PBNs or build PBN by yourself, try outreaching guest posts related to your niche sure you can rank it well soon.
