Where to BUY Quality Anchor Text Backlinks?

I'd love to know this also as I know Google is now discounting paid links. So it would have to be from somewhere that Google doesn't know about.

1. Search relevant blogs for your niche, the higher PR the better. Be sure the blog has follow links. You can use google's blogsearch for it.
2. Do a .whois lookup on the blogs domain. w w w . whois . net
3. Write down the webmaster/owner of the domain + his email adress etc
4. Make or Outsource an article for your niche. Must be relevant to the website/blog you found.
5. Email the webmaster if he wants to post your article on his website. Make a nice professional looking email, say that its a unique article etc.
6. Be sure to have a link with good anchor text to your website in the article you made.
7. Repeat on alot of blogs.
8. ==profit
These are the most natural links you can get and they will perform longterm. it will cost some more work, but i think its worth it.

You want a fast method to get backlinks but don't want to take a chance at getting banned or sandboxed? That statement is a little contradictory, and will be a challenge for you as any gain in one respect is a sacrifice in the other. You just have to weigh your own risk/reward and then peruse the freelance section for options.

Good point. Well can I ask then what if any ways can I minimize my risks?

I would prefer the one to one method. Platforms sometimes leave footprints... I'm a paranoid, so I'm always thinking that a staff from google could be in the buyer section of TLA

How true. I missed the slight tone of fear in your question. You can't be too afraid of this stuff and you can't know what will happen in advance until you test it.
I have never, ever had a site banned for backlinking. I *have* had sites banned for crap content.
I link gently - like 100 - 300 links per month. Perhaps if you got 3000 links in one day you could be banned. Or at least attract a manual review.
I don't think you've got anything to fear.
Oh and the sandbox is inevitable for certain high traffic keywords.

I've used Linkvana and Traffic Kahuna very effectively. They both keep a highly maintained network of niched blogs, and are selective with how they link out. Problem is they both cost about $150 and at least Traffic Kahuna isn't accepting any more members. If you want to inquire further, just PM me.
Well I'm Not sure If I will continue this project or not. I'm considering building a small link farm in order to boost the main site to the top instead or maybe a different site.
My goal is to dominate smaller niches at a time. Maybe 20000 to 30000 sites of competition.

Cool; good luck with it. AS you likely know, building the farm will take time- you have to get those ranked and built out before they pass value to your niches.

you can buy forum signatures from people for CHEAP on rentacoder.com. I had one guy make like 100 posts on specific high pr forums for $5 lol
Careful not to get too many high pr backlinks off the bat however, SUPPOSEDLY google will think you're buying links and sandbox you so mix it up with some pr0's too but within the same niche.

Basically you buy a list of High Pr sites that allows to have an anchor text somewhere. Of course the page wont be High PR but it affects your SE rankings dramatically.
I know by experience. just be careful: if you do it too fast you will get sandboxed (it happened to me and it's a pain in the ass, trust me)
