Where to buy PP account?

Hey well, Idk how legit it is to have a website offering all kinds of social media services offically under your own name. Well I'm more or less a powerreseller but with a webseite would be much more I think. In my Country (GER) everybody has to put contact details (name + tax id) into the sites details /imprint.

Can I avoid it by buysing a verified paypal account and a websprace from foreign country?

Dont wanna do all that through my name since all these services are more or less in the grey zone. But I dont wanna stop offering all thes services when I can make 3k usd per month. So yea....

1. Is it legal? I guess no
2. Would it be possible to buy a verified account? (I dont plan to do illegal activities) | VPN needed then when using the PP acc (for example from US)
How much costs? I know I couldnt get the money then the normal way...(could buy amz cards etc, sell them for 85% etc etc etc)
