Where to buy penalized domains?

I'm not talking about backlinks or link packages – I'm specifically interested in purchasing penalized domains. Looking for domains that have been hit with Google penalties (manual or algorithmic).
Does anyone know reliable marketplaces, brokers, or private sellers who deal in this kind of thing?
Any leads or pointers would be appreciated.

Why would you need a penalized domain?
The use case would be interesting,

You can just buy a bunch of new domains,
Spam them with thousands of crappy spun posts a day, and give it a couple of weeks, and they would be penalized

There are many People From whom you could buy penalized domains, but I would recemond you to get domains that are aged and are getting expired. Recently, i had bought this domain: https://berlinhappens.com, This domain has an 15-year age and already has backlinks in it.

I don’t know of any brokers that specifically sell penalized domains, but you could check out expireddomains.net , it has a lot of filters. Check the domains you find on archives.org and if it has a sketchy history with pharma/casino/cbd there is a good chance it got hit by Google.
If you’re doing a case study (rehabing a penalized domain), that’d actually be a fun Journey to follow.
