Where To Buy Parasite Accounts?

I've been trying to find a service here, but I can't find it. I'm not sure where to post this question, so please forgive me if this is the wrong spot.

I want to buy up to 100 parasite accounts.

I want someone to create accounts on weebly, blogger, wordpress, etc. I want them to create a blog on each account using the names that I provide. Then they would create generic/random "about me" and "contact pages". Then they would deliver the accounts with logins to me.

Where can I go to get this done? Would someone here do it? Have you hired someone to do the same, and if so, how? What would be a "fair" price to get this done?
