Where to buy links? TLA? Others?

There is a resource to buy links : TLA. But TLA sells only faces. I'd like to buy site-wide links, or selective blogroll links. Is there any something like TLA to buy site-wide links?
I know there is a sape.ru - russian link-marketplace.
Is there alternatives to sape at english market?

There are thousand of people and sites that sell site wide links. I'm sure everyone has a recommendation, I can sell you some if you need variety.

Sure, but I wonder if there exists any marketplace, where I can choose site from wide range of sites, track links existance and so on?
I know, I can make a deal with individuals. But smth like TLA give you more choice.
