It is hard to buy a legit traffic nowadays!
Most of the traffic source I try, does not produce the desire result that I want! So, really, no recommendation here!
The best source of traffic is through your affiliates! They bring in the most targeted and ready to buy traffic! But you have to give up the commission! 50% minimum! and 75% Max.
This is the only way I know of traffic that produce sales! Yes, you give up commission but you don't have to spend your money on getting traffic! It is a win-win situation!

Try ebay If they are not legit n not as on description.You can always claim for refund.Good place to get good traffic.
