Where to buy Instagram accounts?

I don't really see anything on Ebay.

Our WTB section doesn't solicit many replies.

Is the best way just to target specific pages? I find most people don't want to sell. I want to find people who want to sell because I'm only willing to spend $100-200.

A lot of them would actually sell it for the right price.

I don't really buy accounts but I do buy shout outs. The only way I do it is manually contacting people within my niche. I know it's a lot of work but sometimes it does pay off big.

OP, if you consider that a well managed 15K account can raise more than 300$ per month...well of course no one will sell you anything for 100 bucks, or more probably some boosted up fake account with 0 possibility to earn something.

for $100 you wont get much good active interaction accounts

10k account with 300-400 likes per pic is worth $200
