As you know Facebook disables the page from advertising when the feedback score gets below 1/5.
There used to be a bunch of gigs on Fiver that offer this service but it appears Fiver is not allowing it anymore.
I used to pay ~250 USD on Fiver to boost the page score to 3/5 .. Where can I buy this type of service ? I know people are still doing it.

Yes you need to setup a retargeting campaign worldwide, $20/day. The guy has a bunch of agent that leave a positive feedback on your ad. It usually takes about 2 weeks to bring the score back to 3+
 
My partner and I have been having our VAs and everyone we know do it. We went from a 2.0 to 2.1 this week, which probably saved us.

You can do it yourself if you farm FB accounts with Multilogin, which is what I'm working on now.

I would also like to know of a service, since it would be less time consuming than farming profiles or begging everyone to do it.

It would be tice to have a service like that on this forum, you should post it on WTB section
