Meet and bring cash in person to someone nearby on localbitcoins. That's the best rates you'll get, depending on the volume you plan to buy.

Coinbase has black listed me for some reason, but they're supposed to be good.

Also, Idk if the cash app is still doing it but that used to be a super easy and cheap way to buy btc

look for a local business on g00gle selling them .here in the uk small supermarkets and off licences trade btc

i hadnt logged in localbitcoins for a couple of years so just logged no id verification upto 1k

ive bought plenty bitcoin from sellers on local bitcoins over the years nobody ever asked for id,trhats the whole point .you meet up in subways or maccys and fo your trade .and now theres your contact for next time
