Why not check in "Proxies for Sale" in Marketplace Section. You can find reviews from buyers as well.

Thanks for your suggestion, I already checked the proxies for sale segment, there aren't really any reviews on using the proxies with paypal, plus its all marketers there, I wanted to get some suggestions from ebay users using proxy services here on BHW

You can ask the sellers on their sales thread if they can supply what you are requiring.

The sellers would be looking to make sales, wouldn't they just say yes to any question I ask, as long as it helps boost their sales?

If they do you either open a shitpost or ask for refund...

they aren't going to ruin there reputation for a single sale dude.

Ok, already asked some of the sellers questions concerning their proxies and ebay/paypal, lets see how that goes, in the meantime, based on your experience can you recommend anyone?
