Where to buy CCTLD domain list?

I need a CCTLD specific domain list.
Found online "Domain List . Info" (can't post links) which looks pretty shady to be honest.

Is there a service you'd recommend? Here on BHW or elsewhere?

Just get them from expireddomains.net for example.

It's not for expired domains purposes, I need live domains.

Then you can try some nationwide domain auctions or maybe Flippa (stuff is shady though), but getting foreign live sites is significantly more complicated as compared to top TLDs (and even that can be quite a pain in the ass).
