Beacuse they are not as big as google it doesnt mean that they are totally stupid.

Probably they algo is weaker or work in other way as they dont have so much experiences with spam but even smaller search engines can beat directly SB blasts...

Why you even comment on this if you dont have direct experience but only some " I think" but i will write it like experienced SEO guy

Bing seo isnt that straightforward. You can probably rank with direct spamming in google but not that easily in Bing.

Only way you can get slight idea about the ranking is by checking the sites which are currently ranking in Bing and Google. I tried analysing few sites and the most common thing I found was that they had lots of FB, Twitter shares. One site is even ranking with Web 2.0s in a niche which is quite impossible in google atleast. Most of the sites had high exact anchor text ratio and were aged domains.

Regarding the spam links, they do help in ranking in Bing too but they arent that fast as I had one site which tanked in google completely because it was spammed to death but its ranking in Bing..Only thing I can understand here is that the site had lots of social shares and exact anchor.

Try that yourself and analyse the competition and you will get a clear idea about it
