I'm not sure if you're joking or you're serious, but this is what the user from flippa claims. This is a quote from his listings "As an extra bonus I will include information where you can get almost any site you see for sale on flippa (starter sites) for below $10, the same sites you see for sale for $60 - $100 or more being sold on flippa, you will not have to overpay for any site you want to buy. "
The things is they are oversold. They sold the same website so many times and know they can sell it a small price. For example, a trailer website will the same content on all the copies he sold. With the time this scripts lost his value.

Yes there are wordpress websites also available, I can say this because I have bought these from fiverr in past like automated news website, affiliate, clikbank, hotel affilaite etc. Regarding quality the websites are actually decent ones but you know the content being PLR is useless. I had got 10 websites at that time for $10.

If he bought this websites for $10 (in this moment he is selling packages with 20 websites (copies with different content)) why to give him $195?

$10 seriously? All I can think is a site with nulled autoblog plugin on free hosting and $10 domain.
I'd say that's rubbish anyone can do. Well, rubbish does sell tho.

Yes, they are not the best websites in the world, but with some custom modification and if you can use them smartly, they can be very valuable. I have in mind a new project using this type of websites and I don't want to overpay for this type of websites, especially when there are some sources which can offer this type of websites for $10.
