Maybe slack groups or discord groups. Often certain tools have slack groups (like the smartlead slack) that has thousands of business owners in one niche doing the same service. Then figure out how you can help those people specifically. (example is helping a cold email agency do inbox management or list building) Then learn the skill and create a CV custom around this and dm those owners or make posts in the groups offering your service.

This is higher leverage and gives you better return on time investment, as well if you stick to a niche over time your skills will build and you can command a higher price.
