Where they get that from

I noticed that most comedy pages post the same stuff at the same time, for example hoodclips,insta_comedy,daquan etc. But everytime they got their own watermarks on it, so there has to be a source where they get it. Does anybody know a page where those videos are uploaded first ?I'd really appreciate it thanks folks
