Where the hell is my site? Not even showing up

I have registered a solid KW .com domain 6 months ago and just started building the site this week targeting the main KW.

Solid on site SEO using thesis theme. 4 KW targeted articles added gradually throughout the week. I have been slowly been building links via blog commenting - one comment is indexed on Yahoo.

I have submitted to digg and used SharePro's script for PR links.

Normally this will atleast get the site indexed. But I don't show up at all not even for site:mysite.com

I don't care if I showed up last or on page 99999 atleast I'd be indexed and build links accordingly to improve. I don't understand as this is the first time this has happened to any of my sites.

I even went as far as to submit my site to google the old fashion way and submit my sitemap XML.

Anybody got any info?

Post 3 to 4 blog post and ping each post if your not using wordpress and bookmark each post to jump tags, mixx, del, and mr wong

Yup - I too am seeing about a 5 day lag to get indexed using all my tricks.

Note: I am getting crawled almost immediately, so Big G is working, just not adding new sites to their index right away...

It could depend if someone has been naughty with your domain before you got it.

I have a great UK domain name that people would buy quickly but its blacklisted by G

Lesser clued up people may not know this and buy it..

Is there anyway to check if my site has been blacklisted maybe by a previous owner? The Whois shows only me.
