Not all Mods have that ability and we don't typically just peruse PMs as that is annoying as all get out to do and there is just a ton of other stuff to do but when a PM gets flagged via a variety or sources we do our best to check them to make sure all is well.

Frankly, it's a bit of a pain to check PMs and not something that I care to do but will do if it is in the best interest of the forum when one gets flagged.

A lot of hi net worth individuals use concierge services to sort all the things you ask about.

A lot of the concierge services are operated by the banks, for example in the uk the natwest black card concierge service.

So a very difficult market to crack.
