Can anyone recommend a decent place to promote a incentive CPA offer?

I have several CPA offers that are incentive based and I am looking to promote these offers and see if its worth my time.

I Thought maybe I could pay people to complete an offer. What would be best? My offers pay $1.50 per lead.
