I mostly run finance traffic through FatAds. Their push and pop traffic converts pretty well for that vertical. Plus, you can hit up their manager for a pre-made test pack, which has the most useful resources to help you get started quickly.

I surf TikTok and YouTube every day, I see a lot of financial experts on there.:D I think this is where traffic generates

The simplest way to get traffic is by running ads. Free traffic sources require online marketing knowledge to implement effectively.
 
Finance is much more trust-based than dating. Most people rely on SEO, YouTube, or newsletters. I’d start by choosing one traffic source and building authority first.

In my opinion quora and reddit can also bring good finance traffic if you answer questions properly. just avoid spa and focus on value.
 
Main place to look for new traffic for me, is telegram channels, specializing in particular niches
So search for groups like this in internet or ask friends from that field, I'm sure they have some relevant channels
