I wanna go back to Spain but how would you go about living there legally?

Spain or Portugal without a doubt.

If you're relatively wealthy: London, UK.

Bulgaria etc = great, if you're wise and subtle. If not you could find yourself on the receiving end of some organised crime/scam. And the infrastructure is appaling.

Great food, lot of nightlife, sexy women and very cheap. The economical crisis and inflation are great for tourists.

Santiago de Chile is safer, cleaner and more stable as a nation, but also more expensive and the nightlife is not that great.

I live in germany and it sucks here. I've been to Kiev, and it's pretty cool and very cheap to live. Amsterdam is fantastic, England would be interesting for you as well.

honestly i'd suggest you stay in the US. if you pick a new spot in the US it's gonna be a lot easier to find a new place to live if you dont like your new location. Not to mention you'll blow a shit load of money just relocating to somewhere like europe or asia. personally i travel a lot because of my career, but i recently just picked up a place in manhattan. if you have the money it's worth it imo. haven't gone a night there without a lady partner ;p i also have a place in LA. i'd recommend either one if you can afford it.
