To: everyone - Since I have been waiting for GSA, I have been offered to buy a second hand license. I wanted to clarify if this is allowed or does the EULA prevent this? I use to sell software for Adobe, Microsoft, Autodesk etc and from experience it depends on the company's policy. Some vendors are cool with this whereas other's were not. Any advice would be appreciated.
