If you do not have much money, you can start out with a free blogger, there are custom blogger templates you can find here or on line for it . after a awhile you can get a domain registered, and then point it at that blogger site. Just Google these things as you need to do them.
If you have a few bucks to invest, then I suggest getting a hosting account preferable one that you can get unlimited add-on domains and sub domains.
Install WordPress on that. Research here the templates that best fit your niche that you are going after. and read some thread about WordPress plugins to determine which ones will benefit your business model the best.
