Ok, I've been reading the forums quite extensively, and I believe I am starting to understand how things work in this IM universe, I am a very applied person and I am also a very fast learner, the things is, there is well over a million different types of making money methods shared here, and it seems pretty obvious to me that some of those either don't work (hence they are being share publicly) or they are over saturated by now.

So, what I am asking here is something very simple, I would like any advice or recommendation as to what method or methods should I try considering that I am just now starting IM.

Please also note that I can invest some money, but I am currently very limited to what I can invest since I have recently lost my job, if possible I would ask some suggestions on some type of IM work I could start doing with no prior investement, but I guess that probably does not exist.

    Thanks in advance.

You don't always have to read what others do and then do the same. Most of the time all it takes to make money is a brain that works, motivation and time. The best ideas usually suddenly hit you. First think what you are good at and then try to find something that is somehow related to that and has not been done yet. If you still want to try some methods shared on this site then before trying any try to think logically if that method would still work. By doing that you can remove a lot of methods from your list.

Just randomly browse around the internet and look at different things by thinking "how would i make money from this or this".... or start writing articles.

Pick a method and stick with it.

If you're new to all areas of IM, I'd say check out the download area for one of those guru method packages - chances are that the methods themselves aren't anything special, but quite a few of them have some hand-holding videos that show you exactly how you can accomplish the simple required tasks such as setting up a site, some basic SEO and so on.

For a newbie those can really be an immense help, since once you've got the basic concepts understood and are at least a bit familiar with the common tools used, actually putting new methods to use becomes a lot faster and more streamlined.

I second this. And I think you start with simple affiliate marketing to get your feet wet. Look in member download section for products regarding this topic and read posts about backlinking. This way you don't have to spend money. When you start making money, pick another method until you make money from it too. After that just rinse and repeat. Good Luck!

I would recomend do that I am doing. Do some good research and then thoose which line of IM you want to go into.

Once done summarize everything you have learned into a word/pdf file along with all your helpful links etc. That way you have quick access to anything you need to check back on etc. Instead of needing to sift through web page bookmarks and hundreds of PDF documents.

    Good luck :0

I really appreciate all the replies, it is true what I heard about this forum, people here really lend a helping hand without the immaturity found everywhere online, thanks for this!

Well, I have very good experience with 2 things mainly, warez and writing, so the 2 things that really caught my eye so far on this forum, that seemed doable and easy for me to begin doing was the AC methods of submitting articles and the Share Cash and Storage.to methods of getting paid for downloads.

I would only like an advice about if this methods really pay out and which one of them would you advise a currently unemployed middle aged guy to take on his very first IM venture?

    Thanks

well people on this forum usually don't reply with a link to a method that works, but they do say smart things that should make you think the right way.

Its funny how people reacted nicely to this post and flamed others for asking the same question.

    Here is my advise:

TRY 'EM ALL. What will happen is you find out the stupid little flaws in everyone's ideas and get a sense on how to go about doing different kinds of things, and how to do them faster. Once you have a feel for what your doing, you will naturally come up with your own ideas and sense of what works and what doesn't. IDK what kind of bills you have to pay (I'm here because I lost my job too), but you should be able to set up a small website or blog, set up an appropriate affiliate program, and get one of those SEO Bot tools to just advertise everywhere (check out the downloads section). This should at least bring you in a little change here and there while you have time to experiment with bigger and better things.

EDIT: Since you were able to write a decent thread with the "IDK what to do at all" question that saturates this site, you are probably in the right line of work.
