There are facebook groups that have lots of people looking for design... Trust me I know though you have to be price competitive as lots of Indians do bid really low on some projects. Not for me but could be for you?

Facebook groups are a great resource, but as @Visual Eagle mentioned highly price-competitive. Another option (more labor intensive) could be going to networking conferences and pitching your services there, usually find better clients that way

You can purchase Jr VIP and start selling on this gold mine of a forum
You can even setup your own website, use google ads (buy threshold accounts from BHW for cheap) and promote your website / services.
