Where is want to buy section?

The sidebar list is only the most popular sections, to see the full list you need to click "Forums" on the upper left corner of the page. On that list, the Want To Buy section is about three quarters of the way down the page, just above 'Programming & Web Design.
Also, make sure not to buy from any regular (yellow-name) members who contact you, only paid members are allowed to sell on this forum (paid members will have a badge below their name saying 'Premium', 'Jr. VIP', or 'Marketplace Seller').

You can also search with keyword 'Xrumer', find a thread in marketplace and order links instead of posting in WTB section. I suggest you to order through marketplace threads unless you have custom orders or high budget for something unique.
