where is this function in 000webhost . com?

in crezboy's tutorial he used "Hosgator" and a tool within it called "Fantastico De Luxe"
i didnt have the money to spend on a host so i went for a free one 000webhost . com

the problem is i dont have that tool ["Fantastico De Luxe"] and what i DO have is this [pic #2]

okay well i guess i found it ' but it says:
"We are upgrading autoinstaller at the moment. We do not have exact date when it wil be finished.
However, you can upgrade account and immediatelly start using another autoinstalled that has 50 scripts ready to install in one click!"

ughhh...

what do i do? go to another free webhosting and try them? it just makes this messy '

I think it's just as easy to simply FTP your files to the server, create a database, and run the install. I mean it takes like 5 minutes for everything. However with that host you will need to create a config. php. Thats easy enough though. For a free host to test things on, they are not a bad resource.

000webhost being like that for awhile now, you're able to upload via ftp. I got SQL connection error when trying to install WP. Now on different free host without the annoyance.

Try byethost.com they have a working fantastico on their free hosting. I installed wordpress with them without a problem.

Byethost inserts ad banners in every email you send via php sendmail. Other than that, works fine for me. They also have safe mode off.
